Before I ever came to Denver I heard about the infamous Casa Bonita Mexican restaurant. People that lived here spoke about the restaurant while barely containing their laughter. South Park even immortalized Casa Bonita in an episode centered on a visit to the restaurant. The episode ends with one of the characters running through the restaurant trying to quickly experience all of the "attractions" before being taken by the police.
So, I'm curious... Has anyone reading this blog ever been to CB? If you have been there, what did you think?

LOL, Casa Bonita is an experience. When you go you must purchase a meal that is less than desired, but the sopapillas are great. They have cliff divers and a bunch of other stuff along with arcade games for kids (adults can play to). If you live in Denver you should go at least once.
ReplyDeleteIf Circus Circus (in Las Vegas) and a Mexican restaurant had a child it would be Casa Bonita. It's like a sober hallucination.
